About Us

Hi Welcome to the Crap Back Club.  The name came from a Pilates group of three ladies that had all had spinal procedures, including myself.  I had a spinal discectomy in 2009 on L4 and L5  and have lived with aftermath of this invasive operation and chronic pain since.  Now 55, a mum and granny, I have learned a lot over the years to ease my own pain and to advise others.  The little gadgets that help, tips and tricks and advice on how to seek further help.

All of the items featured in this store are drop shipped as I cannot lift stock.  So please be patient for your delivery and as this is a new venture for me into drop shipping. I will make improvements to this site each week.
