Collection: Pain Relief

The first thing to do when in pain is treat the source and the best way I have found to do this is with either Ice or Heat.  

I have found some great products rechargeable and or re-useable. Apply to the source of pain to ease swelling and soothe.  Once you are in more comfort then you can move more which is vital to recovery.

This are my own opinions, I am not a medical professional but have had Spinal Decompression in L4 and L5 in 2009.
